Amilia is an Empowerment Coach trained in The Adult Chair® Method whose passion is helping women embrace the "afternoon shift" of life with confidence, courage, and connection.
She is deeply passionate about women rising together, reclaiming their voice, and remembering the power of the modern matriarchy.
Kerri Thorne (Kez)
Kerri is a Human Design and Shadow Work Coach, speaker, former oncology nurse of 26 years, and professional pattern-caller-outer.
Her passion is helping women stop self-sabotaging, regulate their nervous systems, communicate more effectively, and reconnect with who they truly are beneath the roles, pressure, expectations, and people-pleasing.
Together, Mils and Kez bring the perfect blend of wisdom, humour, honesty, depth, and "did-they-really-just-say-that-out-loud?" energy.
